Lana Cyrus is the owner and creative director of Lana Cyrus Salon.

She graduated from Pivot Point Academy and was the first apprentice to Michael Anthony of Michael Anthony Salon and Spa, the first Aveda concept salon in Chicago, where she learned the art of precision haircuts and color. 

She later developed a loyal following working at Terrain, Lincoln Park’s premier boutique salon that specializes in bringing all the high-end products from around the world and was the first Kielhs of New York outpost to carry their whole line.

 Clients travel from California,  Miami, Italy and  Michigan, Highland Park, and the Gold Coast on a regular basis for her signature approach to hair artistry. Lana has also developed her signature cutting system for the curly hair community called the “diamond” Shape that she has been using and perfecting for the past 25 years. She also believes in the participation of clients as she creates. 

She believes in one’s mental clarity and physical well-being are essential for maintaining one’s appearance.

Lana is best known for her system of managing all types of hair through education Whether it’s a precision cut or color correction or product usage Lana always chooses the best solutions for each individual client.
